It takes us 1-3 business days to process your order. Once your order is ready, our local delivery service will take another 3 business days to deliver your parcel. Your item will arrive within 4-7 business days. Kindly note our team does not process orders on weekends and public holidays.

International delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination due to unpredictable customs delays. ISEUL Jewelry currently ships to selected regions: 

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide a complete and correct shipping address; incomplete addresses will result in your package being returned, requiring an additional shipping fee for reshipment or self-collection at our shop. For international orders, you, as the buyer, are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your country's customs agency (contact your local customs office for details). If you choose not to pay these fees, your parcel will be returned to us, and your refund will be processed less any administrative fees charged by customs or the shipping carrier for the return.
