ISEUL Jewelry has a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from when you received your order to ship it back to our return center for a refund. If your order is shipped back to us outside of this time-window, we will return the shipment to you.
Earrings or Set:
All sales are final and non-refundable. No exchanges for earrings or sets with earrings due to hygiene. Customized items and those at 40% off or more are also non-exchangeable.
Wrong or Faulty Item:
Contact us within 48 hours with proof of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We do not cover wear and tear, including chain breakage, tarnishing, or fading from improper care. If your concern isn’t covered above, please reach out to us at hello@iseul.jewelry.
