ISEUL Jewelry has a 30-day exchange and replacement policy from the time you place your order. At ISEUL Jewelry, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will gladly provide a replacement.
Earrings or Set:
All sales are final and non-refundable. No exchanges for earrings or sets with earrings due to hygiene. Customized items and those at 40% off or more are also non-exchangeable.
Wrong or Faulty Item:
Faulty products will be eligible for a free replacement. If the item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it with a new one once proof of purchase and photos of the fault are provided.
